For best winds it should be cooler in Vancouver than in Squamish and cooler in Squamish than Whistler.  Clear skies in both Squamish and Whistler usually mean good wind. If it is rainy and cool in Vancouver it will likely howl.
1. Review the forecast and weather sites and cams in Vancouver, Squamish and Whistler.
2. Check the wind pattern for the past 7 days on iwindsurf.com or ikitesurf.com; if the weather pattern is the same, the winds will be similar as well.
